Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on products purchased. However, we do offer the option of returning your goods for a replacement if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please kindly contact us within 2 business days of receiving the item(s), upon receiving your email we will request that your item(s) be returned to us within 14 business days. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable and unfortunately you will be responsible for all returns shipping cost. Product replacements and re-shipping however will occur at no extra cost to our customers. All returns are subject to the Managers approval, if the items have been worn, washed, damaged or had the hangtags removed your return will not be successful.
In the very slim chance that your items have been damaged in transit or are simply incorrect, please kindly contact us within 2 business days of receiving your purchase. Upon receiving your email we will request that your item(s) be returned to us within 14 business days. Please not that all damaged or incorrect item(s) for return must be in the condition received by the customer in order for an exchange to be valid.
